Executive summary. Pumpsgiving combines the social character of a community memecoin with an intended charitable routing mechanism. The project reports a 100% allocation of its creator-fee share to five causes (20% each; 0% of that share to the creator). The token does not represent equity, entitlement to income, governance rights, or a receipt for a charitable gift.
01 · Purpose and scope
Pumpsgiving is an independently operated Thanksgiving-inspired token and communications initiative. Its purpose is to build a community around publicly reported creator-fee allocation to charitable causes. It is not itself a registered nonprofit, a regulated donation platform, or an authorized representative of the named charities.
Participation is voluntary. A $GIVING trade is a token transaction, not a direct contribution to any charity, and does not generate a charitable tax receipt for the trader. No representation is made that buying or holding the token creates direct charitable impact in a particular amount.
02 · Token technical profile
| Name / ticker | PumpsGiving / GIVING |
| Blockchain | Solana mainnet |
| Classification | Fungible Solana token (SPL ecosystem, Token-2022 program) |
| Mint address | CqUzBPsCAnhm7hFNzz4PeTZamp9yyvxLey2J15Axpump |
| Explorer-reported supply | 1,000,000,000 GIVING as of this version; subject to future on-chain verification |
| Decimals | 6 |
| Launch / trading venue | Pump.fun bonding-curve environment; future venues or migration depend on platform processes |
| Mint authority | Solscan currently displays “N/A”; this white paper is not an independent contract audit |
| Contract / extension audit | No independent technical audit is represented as completed in this paper |
GIVING uses Solana's standardized token-account and mint architecture. Token-2022 is an SPL-compatible token program with extension capabilities; which extensions, if any, are enabled for this specific mint should be validated directly from on-chain account data during exchange due diligence.
No team allocation percentage, vesting schedule, distribution event, liquidity-lock certification, or controlling-wallet ownership is asserted without supporting records. This information should be furnished separately if required by a listing reviewer.
03 · Creator-fee allocation and distribution mechanism
Pump.fun trading activity may generate a creator fee, separately from platform, protocol, liquidity and network fees. Pumpsgiving's stated and displayed allocation directs 100% of the creator-fee share toward five charitable causes: 20% per cause, and 0% retained by the creator from that share. The fee amount itself can vary according to Pump.fun's rules, venue, pair and market conditions.
- An eligible trade occurs on Pump.fun or a supported downstream venue.
- Applicable creator fees accrue according to the platform's current fee schedule.
- When rewards are claimed or distributed, donation-related routing is facilitated through Pump.fun's integration with Donate.gg.
- Donate.gg and any underlying processors may convert and settle funds to selected nonprofits according to their own procedures.
- Pumpsgiving manually updates its public donation display based on the values reported on the Pump.fun token page.
04 · Five charitable causes
Each named organization is allocated an equal 20% share of the stated creator-fee routing configuration. Charity names describe intended beneficiaries, not endorsements, sponsorships, agreements or authorized partnerships.
| Beneficiary | Focus | Share |
|---|---|---|
| Make-A-Wish America | Wishes for children with critical illnesses | 20% |
| Water.org | Safe water and sanitation access | 20% |
| St. Jude Children's Research Hospital | Pediatric research and care | 20% |
| Breast Cancer Research Foundation | Breast cancer research | 20% |
| La Senda Verde Animal Refuge | Wildlife rescue and rehabilitation | 20% |
Readers who wish to support any organization without exposure to token price risk should contribute through that organization's authorized channels.
05 · Donation reporting and evidence
As reported by the project operator from Pump.fun on November 3, 2026, the website displayed 0.2006 SOL per cause, or 1.0030 SOL combined. These are rounded reported donation-routing figures rather than independently verified bank settlements. The website currently updates these numbers manually after donation claims are reported. It does not operate a live on-chain donation feed.
For illustration, the November 3 website used a $93.50 SOL/USD reference, producing an approximate $18.76 per charity. The reference rate was noted at approximately 18:40 UTC, and is not a statement of the exchange rate used at any actual payment settlement.
One example public fee-distribution transaction from November 3 is this Solscan transaction. Its reported distribution amount was approximately 0.030392145 SOL. This shows an on-chain fee event, not final proof of receipt by five charities.
06 · Token holder rights and governance
GIVING is a freely transferable community token within the constraints of Solana and its venues. Holding GIVING does not confer ownership of Pumpsgiving, equity, profit participation, an entitlement to creator fees, a redemption right, guaranteed liquidity, a donation credit, or voting powers over the five beneficiary organizations.
The project is presently managed by its operator; no DAO, on-chain governance mechanism or community treasury is claimed to exist. Discussions, social participation and community feedback do not constitute contractual governance rights.
07 · Security and material risks
- Speculative market risk. GIVING is a memecoin and may lose substantial or all market value. Liquid markets are not guaranteed.
- Concentration and exit risk. Holder balances, creator-controlled wallets and available liquidity can change rapidly. A pool or bonding curve does not guarantee a particular exit price.
- Smart-contract and ecosystem risk. Solana, Token-2022, Pump.fun, wallets, integrations and validators can experience bugs, downtime, exploits or upgrades.
- Fee and donation variability. Accrued creator fees depend on platform rules and activity. No fixed amount or frequency of donations is promised.
- Settlement and intermediary risk. Transfers can be delayed, converted at changing rates, reversed where permitted, or fail before reaching a nonprofit.
- Regulatory and tax risk. Asset, token-promotion and charitable-solicitation rules vary by jurisdiction and can change. Trading tokens is not automatically tax-deductible.
- Information risk. Public trackers can be incomplete or delayed. This paper is a dated project disclosure, not an independent audit or legal opinion.
08 · Operating priorities
Current operations center on keeping the five-cause website accessible, maintaining consistent token links, and manually updating reported claim totals. Possible improvements include adding richer transaction references, obtaining processor-level donation receipts when available, clarifying outstanding Token-2022 security attributes, and expanding community education.
These priorities are aspirational and may change without notice. They are not development milestones promised to token holders, listing conditions, or commitments to create a future return.
09 · Legal and listing disclosures
This document is informational and is not an offer to sell securities, investment advice, a promise of asset appreciation, an exchange listing announcement, a guarantee of donations, or a claim of charitable endorsement. No promise is made that Coinbase or any other venue will list GIVING.
For any exchange review, the project operator should separately provide accurate ownership and identity information, insider/token distribution details, wallet-control information, any commissioned security review, precise Token-2022 extension settings, legal/compliance materials where applicable, and donation-processing evidence. Those items should not be inferred from the public white paper when they have not been substantiated.
Coinbase describes its review as including business demand, technical security, compliance and legal diligence. Submission of this document does not mean that Coinbase endorses, approves or has evaluated this token.
